Real Estate Professional Services
UMRE Real Estate Group’s brokerage services are supported by EXP, and UMRE has a professional team of brokers who are disciplined, professionally trained, and licensed to handle real estate transactions. Our real estate brokerage team is familiar with the changes in Houston’s real estate industry, understands real estate laws and regulations, and has a diverse composition that allows us to serve customers who speak English, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese.
UMRE Property Management
UMRE Real Estate Group’s property management services are provided by United Property Management (UPM), a subsidiary of UMRE. UMRE’s property management services are developed in response to the expanding needs of our business and investors. From property leasing, cleaning, maintenance, rent collection, and rent collection follow-up, United Property Management team provides one-stop management. UMRE’s investors come from all over the world, with investors from various states in North America to Asia. Currently, United Property Management is managing over 300 projects and properties for UMRE.
UMRE Commercial Real Estate Development
UMRE’s business started with private properties and expanded to commercial properties. We joined hands with a well-known development engineering team to initiate the development of Katy Asia Town in response to the opportunity. From development to marketing and subsequent operations, UMRE played an important role. This led to UMRE Real Estate’s recognition as the first place winner in the 2017 and 2018 of Houston Commercial Real Estate Development Awards form a Nation-wide Real Estate Ranking. Our business development continues to expand outward, with KAT Phase 1 completed and KAT 2 and 3 underway, and development locations extending beyond Katy. Currently, UMRE’s commercial development projects in operation have assets worth over 40 million dollars, with a focus on restaurant districts and apartment homes.
UMRE Real Estate Investment
UMRE Investment was established to support the group’s foray into commercial real estate development, managing investor development businesses and establishing investor relationships. We conduct extensive research and analysis of the constantly changing risks and return opportunities in the market, plan appropriate investment solutions and risk management measures for development projects, and match individual investors with institutional investment companies. Currently, UMRE Investment’s collaboration with investors has exceeded 30 million dollars.
UMRE Business Alliances & Start-up
Through a vast network of partners, AsUnited Marketing Alliance (AMA Group) provides valuable business opportunities, solutions, and services for domestic and international customers, creating a win-win situation for a diverse cultural community. Currently, AsUnited Marketing Alliance is managing the AMA Kitchen and AMA ON-THE-GO projects, actively reaching out to the Taiwan food and beverage market and hoping to introduce more Taiwan brands to the United States through AMA Group.
